The product was a very good gift. The only thing I recommend is that the product should have a battery for ease of use instead of a plug in. The only thing is that the plug in gets hot if left plugged in too long.

It is easy to use and set up. Everything is very intuitive. The picture quality is great. I bought 3 of them. One for my mother, one for my mother-in-law, and one for my family. Everyone loves them. We have a new baby and plenty of pictures to share. They were the perfect gifts.

Delivered promptly and in good working order ... and it was a refurbished model. I was glad to get the larger size frame at a lower price. Very nice for my husband's office desk.

I don't often rate things the highest because basically that would be perfect. This frame was all I could ask for. I don't know about the long term I purchased for parents at Christmas and sent it home with them. I did however set it up and show my 73yr old (computer illiterate) Mom how to work the few buttons she will need. The set up was a breeze. So much so that I didn't need the very short and non-helpful manual that comes with the frame. I did everything with a USB drive using JPEG pictures off my computer. I didn't need any software on my computer. The display is beautiful. Crisp, clean quality. No pixiling or resolution issues. I looked for quite a while and was almost suckered into some of the Christmas "deals" I am so glad I stuck to my original specs. I am sorry I cannot say anything to the sound or video quality. I didn't put any either on the frame so I didn't see playback. I would like to and if I get a chance I'll send in a review. I rated features as 5 because I couldn't

I bought this for my dad for Christmas and we are both disappointed. It's top heavy and the tiny piece of plastic that is supposed to support it upright is not strong enough to do so. It can be hung, but since it is only operated with electricity (not batteries), a black cord will be hanging down the wall as well. It's just poorly engineered.

This frame is great. I ghave one to each of my Grandmothers this past Christmas. It is simple for them to use. The internal memory will hold 100's of pictures if you re-size them. The picture quality is great!!

Having purchased Kodak products before I should have known their manual would be poorly written with minimum information. While the picture frame works well, it takes some trial and error to figure out how to load pictures--the best way being from photo cards. The software is not necessary and all it does is get you on Kodak's email list and try to sell you stuff.

This frame is fantastic. We purchased it for my mother-in-law for a Christmas gift and pre-loaded it with pictures. The picture loading was super easy, no computer required. We put our cameras memory card directly into the frame and chose which pictures to put on the frame. The frame even allows you to rotate pictures using the remote control.
My mother-in-law loves her new gift and the fact that she can simply turn it on or off. Very simple to operate.

I bought this because I guessed that it would be the most user-friendly option-- given that it runs on a very common software.
It turns out that I was right. I gave (and we received) a number of digital frames for Christmas. I have loaded (or attempted to load) a number of them. The Kodak was far and away the easiest to load and operate.
I have not tried the other features related to media play. However, I am very happy with this as an electronic frame. The pictures look great and the display options are very easy to operate.

I purchased this gift as a Christmas Gift for a friend and he absolutely loved it. The frame was perfect and the picture quality is outstanding. I plan on purchasing one for myself and I would definately reccommend it for others.

Although the frame and use are no problem. There is virtually NO documentation on how to use it. No specifications are provided such as image size in pixels. The "manual" describes the parts but not the function. There is software (Kodak Easyshare), but when I tried the Web install option, it failed. I installed from the CD, but have no clue as to what the relationship of this software is to the frame.
