I was skeptical of purchasing a refurbished camcorder, but my husband and I have been very pleased. It is very light and easy to operate, and we like the fact that we can record straight to DVD. The only problem we have with it is that the disc compartment comes open very easily. I have never had it open during operation, but it is usually open when I take it out of its case. Other than that, we have not had any problems with it.

Happy with this product but I was not to happy with the wear on the button. The on and of letters are warn of. I no it is refurbished but did not like that to much.

I AM ADMONISHED AND BLOWN AWAY BY OVERSTOCKS INTEGRITY,SERVICE AND OUTSTANDING PERFORMANCE. I HAVE HAD MY SHARE OF VIDEO RECORDERS, BACK TO VHS WITH A HEAVY BATTERY BELT. THIS IS MY FOURTH UNIT AND BY FAR THE BEST I HAVE EVER OWNED.
