Quality at a moderate price. Easy to hook-up. For my set-up, I just plugged the left/right audio-outs into the CD inputs on my Pioneer amp. From the video-out, I ran a 10 ft cable to the video-in on the front of the TV (which is on a mobile cart that we roll in front of the couch when we watch a movie). The DV-300-K works great as both CD player and DVD player. Can be operated equally well with the buttons on the unit or with the remote.

I received the player today, and tried all kind of discs. It works. It played divx files very smoothly, and could even display subtitles (with .sub files in the same folder). The quality is as good as cable. I'm very pleased with the purchase.
