Pros: Comfortable, Easy To Use, Great Sound Quality
I use the phones on my PC in a noisy environment, and though they aren't noise-blocking, they do a good job of delivering full, rich sound. I find them very comfortable.

I ordered these headphones refurbished. I am extremely satisfied with them for the price I got. The cushioning on the top headband is great. The adjustable size parts don't slide around too much and tend to stay where they're told, which is really nice. I haven't used the microphone much, but no one complains about it when I do. It works just fine. I wear glasses, and I think one of the really important things for headphones is when you're wearing them for 4 hours - how will your ears feel afterward? For me, they feel just fine. Comfortable. Also, I prefer the headsets that have two ports for headphones and microphone. I don't like the USB ones, although I couldn't really tell you why. Overall - I like these headphones!

I've been using the sennheiser 151 headset for over 6 years now. I've gone through 4 sets in that time (on my 4th now). I'm pretty rough on the units... with wires being ran over with my chair wheels... toddler chewing on my microphone, the ear muffs being physically busted from being stepped on.... various things that happen blah blah... My last unit actually still works great minus the physical damage my toddler and I did to it. I highly recommend this unit for media and gamming. I can't believe I got a like new unit for under $30 shipped. These are high quality and I remember when they were around $100 new (and still up there on some places on the net).

Well this is my 2nd pair, my dog ate my first one. I bought it over 2 months ago and I rarely used it except for music. When I finally started using it for gaming I noticed the Left/Right audio was switched. I verified it with the first pair and another pair of sennheiser headphones. Since I was out of the Amazon return period sennheiser wanted me to pay to mail it in, and possibly wait 2 weeks for a refurb. Luckily amazon extended their return policy for me after I explained the situation, and offered to pay for shipping PROPS to Amazon's customer service. tl;dr Buyer beware bad batch and expectation from sennheiser to mail it back in and get a refurb in return. Test the set for Left/Right orientation as soon as you get it.

I've had this headset for about 2 years or more, and it's still 100%. One of the earphones goes low and high when you put the volume to max, but that's because it was banged on the desk a while ago! If that hadn't of happened, it would be like-new still. Very durable, long-lasting, definitely recommended for gaming.

GAMING HEADSET
Pros: Comfort, Good Clear Microphone
Cons: Sound Quality, Lack of 3D sound
These were picked after I needed a new microphone. I realized I needed a headset microphone instead for replacement. So as I'm not the biggest fanatic on these things I looked around for decently priced and well reviewed headphones but of course everything is either dirt cheap with drawbacks or way too much. These came up and looked good, I mostly was looking for two things:

Even on the smallest length these headphones feel a bit loose on my head, but they're secure enough to stay in place. They are extremely comfortable on the ears and I have had no problems with sound quality or volume.

I have used the headset for a few days. They seem rugged. The sound quality is excellent. The people I call over Yahoo Voice Call say my voice sounds very good. I wore them for 14 hour flight where I watched 5 movies. They were very confortable. I previously had an old Logitech head set and they started to hurt my ears after about 1 hour.

I've had Sennheisser headsets for a few years now, they never disappoint. They might be a little elevated in price, but they are well worth the money. I wouldn't buy any other brand of headsets. They are perfect for gaming.

For simpicity reasons let me paste here what I wrote to the seller: I am very sorry (for you but mostly for myself) for needing to return the headset. The microphone is unacceptable, I had to switch to my handset twice because the other party simply could not hear me. Tested it with my wife (I was listening on the other end) it is a thinner lower volume. One reviewer complained about tinny sound but I figured - since it was only one) - that it may have been a one time defect in the equipment or the user. By the way, the headband was designed for a square head, with a roundish head you look like an owl. This is a sub par construction. It is a disservice to the brand name. In addition I would add for this review: People were raving about comfort and in particularly that it does not fall off if you move. With due respect to those reviewers, what size hat do you wear? Since the whole band - such is the connect of a square to a round - only touches the head on the top and at the ears, it is absolutely prone to fall off if you bend over to pick something up, unless you position the top of the bend towards the rear of your head... The sound on the phone is deep biased, missing mid-range and highs, therefor bordering on muffled. Testing the noise canceling feature would be a humorous attempt because if the output volume is inadequate, then of course it cancels any other noise on its own without extra electrical fuss whatsoever... Back to the drawing board. (This review was based on tel use. (USed: Nortel 452, Plantronics S10 tel amp.) George PS: Oh a funny thing: The inline volume and on-off control(???)... That is placed into the line so far away from the headset (32" to be exact) it would dangle to your thighs. So somebody rolled up the cord and secured it with a piece of wire to shorten it so you would find it where you would expect it. when you unpack it... Great comeback... Hehehehe...

Ok, headphones on the headset sound great. However, the microphone would not work with my Dell PC via the inline plug. It worked with a couple of other computers I own but not my main (1 year old newest PC). I called Sennheiser and they said sorry, we are not tech support for PC's so call Dell. I'm not paying Dell $50 an hour with a $50 minimum to show me how to fix the problem. Sennheiser is selling a product that has to be compatable with all PC computers and if there are driver issues, sound card issues, or known compatability issues with certain computer brands or operating systems or whatever, they should know how to fix them. So, I spent 4 hours trying to get my computer to talk to the microphone but no dice. If you have: A Dell, PC, running Vista, don't risk buying this headset. You might get lucky but if you are not lucky, nobody at Senneiser is going to help you. I had to send them back and I'm upset at all the time I wasted. Bottom Line, Sennheiser sucks, their products come with absolutely NO HOW TO GUIDES at ALL, and I'm moving on.
