I was quite satisfied with all aspects of my expeience with overstock and it product and shipping process. I will most likely continue to shop through your service. No reason not to. I was adding to my current system and these units were exactky what I was looking for. I have always been quick to look for the panasonic name and have had great satisfaction and service from their products in the past.

Delivery was very timely even during holiday season. In registering handset the instructions warned you could mess up base station, which I did , but didn't say how to fix. I did figure it out by reregistering the base station, but not intuitive.

Quick response. The phone matched exactly my other three phones. Transferred phone book with no problems. All features perform like the other three extensions.

I already have this phone and have had no problems w/it. It works great. I was adding another individual phone to my current based. Overstock.com shipped the phone, but w/o the battery in the phone which makes it worthless for use. Customer Service was quick, but said the Parts Dept would contact me in 1-2 days....little inconvenient...let you know if they come through w/the battery. I've been impressed with Overstock.com in the past so history is positive.

I recently purchased an additional 2 Panasonic (refurbished KX-TGA560) cordless handsets adding to the two that the system originally came with. I successfully installed them without any difficulty and they work quite well with the two that I purchased in November, 2006. We use the phonebook feature and caller ID, as well as the missed calls feature regularly. In the three years since the original purchase, we've had no problems. I find that being able to remotely call into the system to retrieve messages is likewise useful.
