I am a proud 3 year owner of a pair of NS-555's and I have to tell you, if you are in the 2 to 3thousand dollar price range for a set of main speakers, you would simply feel robbed if you don't at the very least give these speakers a good audition! These speakers are outstanding, i have 4 of these for over 2 years now and they still sound brand new. The finish is perfect. These speakers exceeded my expectations. With a lot of crankabillity while still keeping the clarity of it turned down. Exceptional bass output for towers, superb midrange, and amazing tweeter. I have the matching center channel, and Klipsch triple 12 sub, and a 6.1 Yamaha receiver. The sub can't keep up with the speakers, and its a 1400 dollar sub.
