Very solid TV mount

I am very, very pleased with the Sanus VMPL2B Low Profile Wall Mount. It is solidly built of heavy gauge metal and comes with all the screws, anchors, and instructions to mount a variety of TV's.

Really easy to install...

"Professional" quality heavy duty steel.
Very clear instructions, and all hardware included.
Local A/V houses want over $200.00 for units that are not as well built as this.
Incredible value for the price.
Simple install, drill some holes for cabling in your wall, run your wires from your equipment.
Use a helper to line the wall part up and level it on your wall at stud locations, mount the other half of the mount onto your set, and use a helper to hang your display.
Tune in your favorite show.
Really could not be simpler.
Easily holds my 50" Plasma display on my sheetrock wall.
Highly recommended.

NOT FOR PANASONIC 50" PLASMAS

This is a well built mount but I'm giving it only 3 stars because it is NOT a true Universal Plasma Mount. It is NOT suitable for PANASONIC PLASAMA TVs...specifically TH-50PX600U. YOU WILL NEED MORE THAN 1.5" OF CLEARANCE FOR THIS PLASMA TV!!! You will have to use washers (not included) in order to get your Panasonic TV mounted properly where it is level and not hitting or resting on your wall. Don't bother with this mount, be sure to goto sanus.com and use their mount finder tool to see what mount they recommend for your specific LCD or Plasma TV. SANUS does not recommend this mount for the Panasonic TH-50PX600U 50" Plasma TV. One other thing...this bracket is 32" wide which makes it impossible to mount on 3 beams. Hey Sanus...why not make this mount 34" or 36" inches wide? I returned this mount to Amazon and purchaced the truly universal Sanus VMPL3-B. For a few bucks more, I was able to hang my 50" Panasonic using 3 beams on a really heavy-duty mount.
