I don't understand how Vivendi Universal could turn out such swill for a piece of hardware such as the DS that offers so much.

The DS has wireless capabilities, a microphone for things like voice and sound recognition, a normal screen and a touch screen. So, what do we get out of a Robot's DS game? A nearly exact port of the GBA version of the game. This wouldn't be so bad if the GBA version also wasn't such a mediocre version, but it is. Here's the run down on the DS version:

Graphics: poor. might have been ok for SNES, but doesn't cut in on a brand new platform.

Sound: Equally poor. Repetetive and anooying.

Gameplay: Boring at best, frustrating at worst. The game is slow, story thin, enemies few and far between, and the physics engine is horrid. You'll spend more time walking from one place to another, doing nothing, than you will doing anything else.

Positive aspects: The only halfway decent thing to note is the robot transport system, when you control a ball speeding through the
