Pros: I can hear the TV from my chair.
Cons: Most times I have to turn it on and off twice before it works.
Good product for people with medium hearing loss. It would be better if you could control the volume by pointing at the module connected to the TV instead of the speakers which are usually behind the chair. I also bought a set for my in-laws for Christmas.

Pros: Remote is cool - can start, stop, pause, skip through the speakers to my laptop due to the rocketfish network
Cons: Could use another click or two of volume
Easy to join to my rocketfish network - we now have earphones (mostly for my wife to listen to the TV so I don't have to hear it) and these speakers so we can both listen to streaming content through her laptop. Best of all we can control the laptop through the rocketfish speakers with the included remote - so at our dinner table we can stop, start, skip, etc by using the remote, going through the speakers/network to the laptop in another room. Cool.

Rocketfish RF-RBWS01
Pros: Very little
Cons: It is not truly wireless. A wire runs between speakers
I thought I was getting wireless speakers that I could use my TV as the source. That is what I was told by the sales rep. These speakers won't work with my TV and are not really wireless; there is a wire connecting the two speakers.

Pros: My mother is very hard of hearing & having these by a table where she sits reduces the volume needed for her to hear
Cons: speakers are connected by wire. need two separate speakers with volume control
great sound. easy setup. would be nice to have two separate wireless speakers that are not connected together. These speakers are great for someone who has a hearing problem. Simple to plug in and set on table near you to be able to hear much better without having the volume of the TV so loud.

Pros: Really good sound for average consumer.
Cons: When computer goes into sleep mode, seem to have to re-connect the speakers(everytime).
We bought these when we got new computer. We got a great deal on them and really enjoy the sound quality as it was a major improvement for us.
Only problem is we seem to have to re-connect/turn on the speakers after the computer has gone into sleep mode. Still new so haven't figured out if there's a way to fix the problem or if it's just the way they work.

Pros: Better sound than I expected.
Cons: Directions were a little fuzzy (for TV). Two speakers are tethered together.
I was looking for an inexpensive way to boost my TV's audio output by incorporating wireless speakers. In the home theater section there are of course many pricey options and I didn't want a full size tower. I found in the computer speaker section the RocketFish wireless speakers. I asked the salesman if they could also work on a TV. He wasn't sure so he recruited another sales associate to help. We found the same model as my home TV in their TV dept. We checked out the connections and the components in the box. We all agreed that it looked like it should work in theory but with the caveat that these are designed more to work with a computer. I went home, plugged in all the wires, checked my TV audio sources then waited the 60 seconds or so that it takes the transmitter to link to the speakers. It didn't happen on the first try so I muddled with it a bit and finally got it all working. Everything worked out and now I have a 'surround sound' like atmosphere. It's not super high end but I was impressed by the fullness of the sounds and tones. My only disappointment was that the speakers had to be placed relatively close together due to a short tether.. If I could have placed them separately, I would have given it 5 stars. A year later, I'm considering another set to see if they will pick up from the transmitter of the first set as an experiment - just because I want to know - and then add them to my other TV room that could use an audio boost as well. I am very happy with these speakers and they have worked very well in my current set up. I have and will continue to recommend this product to others but that they should put in some effort to find out if it will in fact work with their TV brand and model.

Pros: Small speaker system with remote.. volume control on speaker.. plugs right into wall..
Cons: Both speakers should have volume control on them.and not wired together....
I bought this for my husband because of his hearing loss... He always had to turn the tv up so loud till we got these speakers.. Now , he has the speakers right by his chair.. What a relief for both of us....
Just wish they both had volume control like the former sets used to have.. also made by Rocketfish... Great product..

Pros: worked as stated
Cons: the 2 speakers are wired together, and 1 has to be plugged in to a wall receptacle
I have a small gym. When on the treadmill it is very hard to hear the tv. So I bought these "wireless" speakers. They do work as stated and sound pretty good. However, the speakersmust be plugged in for power, and the 2 are wired together with approximately 4' of wire. They are not wall mountable, but probably made to sit on a shelf. For my needs they didn't work. I didn't have to run speaker wire from the set to the wall behind the treadmill, but these speakers wiring were much more noticeable (black) then speaker wire would be. Unless of course you sat them on the floor, which was my only choice. I did return them

Pros: Sound, wireless signal integrity
Cons: Speakers are attached to each other, which limits distance between them.
I got these speakers to replace a set of the earlier version of the same model. The sound quality on these speakers is a tremendous improvement. Also, the wireless signal is much stronger (the previous version's signal interacted with other wifi in my house, disrupting sound quality). Also, the speaker controls are easier to use to get good sound fidelity. Overall, this is a big improvement.

Rocketfish RF-RBWS01
Pros: Price, Easy of Installation,
Cons: Sometimes there is a slight audio Lag. Cord between the speakers is short (5-6ft).
I bought these because I didn't want wires running across my condo. For the price I paid, I am very happy. They may not be professional quality, but I'm not looking to blast music and critique some 1930's intellectual films, so they work great!

Rocketfish RF-RBWS01
Pros: Does what I want it to for a good price.
Cons: The wireless connection is somewhat fragile with people between the source and the remote speakers.
I have been looking for a multi-room wireless setup for over a year now. I have tried the Sony DLNA based system with zero success and have looked at other options that were just too expensive. Primarily I bought this so my wife could play music in more than one room while she was working or when we had a party without having to drag boomboxes around.

Rocketfish RF-RBWS01
Pros: Keeps from having the tv up loud
Cons: The two speakers are attached.
I'm somewhat disappointed in these speakers. The ones I bought a few ago were not connected and had their individual volume control. These are just the opposite. They have the same cord which means you can't place one in one part of the room and the other in another part plus one volume control works both speakers.

Rocketfish RF-RBWS01
Pros: Wireless, sound quality, easy setup
Cons: Speakers are wired together, requires AC power
These were purchased for use at an outdoor graduation party. They are easy to setup and compact. With the bass boost button the sound is very nice for what they are, wireless-compact speakers. There is a sending unit which looks like a small internet router. We used it plugged into a TV and listened to the Direct TV music channels. The remote control is nice but not necessary. It does control the volume from across the room or yard. And there is plenty of volume to be had. The downside is that the speakers need to be plugged into wall power and they have a relatively short leash between the speakers. All of that being hard wired.

Pros: Sound is very good for wireless bookshelf speakers...easy setup...iPhone contol option
Cons: Wire connection left and right speakers could be longer (but this is really not a big problem)
This system is way better than I expected. I moved from a house that was fully wired to one that wasn't. Thought I'd give wireless a try and it was extremly easy to set up and use. As an unexpected bonus, I found out that you can use you iPhone to control the system using WIFI. Pretty cool....
