This is a great phone for a great price! Color display, much, much easier to read than the black and white. Extensions have talking caller ID which is a great feature. Lots of options to add pictures to your contacts from your computer. Had a difficult time finding add-on phone to my original phone, and it is much less expensive than anywhere else. Refurbished, but looks brand new. I have bought three of these and may order a few more. Overstock ships amazingly fast! Highly recommend!

I had been looking for an additional phone for my Panasonic phone system. This price was lower than any I had found. I knew it was refurbished but since it came with a warranty, I decided to order the phone. It arrived quickly and very well packed. I set it up immediately and it works well.

I ordered 2 phones 3 weeks ago and ... NO PROBLEMS!
I was a litle worried at the beginning, since they are refurbished, but they are working better than my new one.

Finally a phone and handset that is almost perfect. You don't have to read or listen to the "mushed" caller ID voice to identify when you want to answer the phone. You have many alternate choices... ring tones, pictures that pop up, and/or the blinking message light color. There are some weaknesses compared to the many other phones I have owned: 1) You can't customize the caller ID voice for your friends (but as mentioned above, you don't need this feature), 2) You can't dial from the speaker base without removing the handset first (what were the designers thinking?), 3) When you answer a call on one handset, the other handsets report the call as a missed call (just give up cleaning out the missed calls on the other handsets). 4) The buttons are a small on the handsets. However, it's the best phone I've owned so far. What I'd like to have is the ability to load all the features from the PC based phonebook. You can't customize the ring tone, ring color, and picture pop up from the PC

I purchased this system from another vendor and bought two extra handsets from Amazon. This phone is outstanding in terms of ease of use and quality of sound. It is very easy to toggle between voice and speaker.
It is nice to put digital pictures on the phone, but I would consider this a novelty.
The price tag is on the high end (the only down side I see), but this is the third phone system I have purchased in the last year. I would have saved a lot of money if I got this from the get go.
