Pros: The battery lasts forEVER!

Compared to other tablets I've seen or tried, the iPad is the hands-down winner. Just the volume of apps available for it, make it the best. It's fairly light, comfortable to hold, and the screen graphics are sharp and crisp. The screen does tend to scratch easily, but I purchased a screen protector which I would recommend doing (especially if you have kids!). At home, I use it for web surfing, shopping, reading, and playing the occasional game. On the road, it has replaced my laptop and portable DVD player as my entertainment of choice... mainly because it is much more portable and the battery just lasts forever. I can easily watch 3 or even 4 full length HD movies, on full brightness, before I even have to look at the battery meter. The only negatives to me are the apps that are included that you can't delete: like game center... and the fact that there could be some instructions included with the device. On the whole, though, I give it anA++.
