When I ordered two sets of these, I really did not have any expectations. I knew they were plastic and I knew they were not actual scale, but I had not yet seen them myself and figured it'd be fun regardless; especially for that price.
Basically this set consists out of 4 pieces. a base in which you slide your remote, and 3 attachments you clip on that base which turns it into a golf club, tennis racket or baseball bat. Especially in the beginning it was difficult to get the remote in the base and clip on the attachment (tight squeeze). Now that I've used it for a while, it is finally starting to loosen up a bit.
Since the attachments are blocking the infrared port on the Wiimote, you cannot navigate thru the Wii menu. This means you have to take off your attachments, start your sports game and only once you're in the game, clip on those attachements. The actual gameplay with the attachments works fine, since it's using bluetooth at that time. I did manage to use the arrow buttons on

I purchased 2 sets of these and got rid of them right away. They are difficult to use and it blocks the Wii Sensor when you are in the Wii Menu area which makes it useless. Also, they don't have nice grip on the handle which will probably make you drop it especially if your hand sweats. It's made of plastic (nothing special) and you are fiddling with it forever just to get the Wii remote in it. Please save your money and pass on this product!!

Let it be known that this box does NOT come with a Wii-mote...much less 3, but in the box is 3 cheap plastic attachments. These attachments are not weighted and are not made to scale. They are just goofy, cumbersome attachments made to supposedly enhance the game play of Wii Sports. In actuality, they just turn your Wii-mote into looking like a toy for some toddler. Save your money on this one.

Don't waste your money on this one!!! The idea and concept is a great one, but you don't need it and it doesn't work anyways. They block the remotes sensor making it completely useless!!! It goes over the remote completely making the black sensor on the top of the remote covered. Why???? Nice idea but bad manufacturing! Don't buy it! Doesn't work!!!!!!!!!

The sports pack adds to the enjoyment of the games, plus it's more durable. I've owned three of the nerf covered sports packs which came apart after a couple hours of use. The plastic handle actually breaks at the stress area where they connect. I play the tennis game more and the nerf covers seems to make the racket head too heavy. The racket in this pack is lighter, and more durable. This pack is also about half the cost of the nerf pack. On the down side, it is more difficult to separate the controller from racket, bat or club. The durability and cost factors make this less of a problem.

It's time to bring the average rating up, because this package is worth every penny.
I have become much better at all three games, baseball, golf and tennis and although not completely realistic, they actually make the games easier and more fun!
The tennis racket is easily the best.
The golf club is second, and I would rate the baseball bat third best.
They are all very good, but this is how I would rate each if I had to. You can easily get this package for $20, and it's definitely worth it.

The Wii Sports pack does not include the Wii sports game that comes with the Wii system. It is three attatchments for the wii controller. One is the golf club, one is the tennis racket, and one is the baseball bat. These three attachments make playing the game more real because your acually swinging the baseball bat or golf club. At first these attchments will be hard to put on/off, but after a few uses it becomes very easy to detach/attach them. These attachments are not neccesary for playing the game, I reccomend buying these if you have a few extra dollars. Don't pay too much, If you wait till December you can usually get them for between $11-$15.

I read the previous reviews AFTER I purchased the sport controller extenders and thought what a pain in the neck they are going to be based on the reviews BUT I was pleasantly surprised at how easy they are to put on the controllers and how much they extend the reality that you are playing. My husband and I played a "round" of golf the other morning and having the golf club extension made it seem more real.

The game is fun but, when I purchased this product it was listed as a game.... It is not its the assoc. that go with the game, then when I returned it I was charged for shipping even though this was not MY mistake, its listed wrong, and I probably won't buy from Amazon again...Very upset about this....

The WII sports pack is fun to use once the game is going. One of the drawbacks is that you have to be about to actually start playing the game before you can put the controller into one of the equipment cause the infrared is blocked off. From that point on you must rely on the control pad or the A and B to make any selections. My 2 year old daughter enjoys it since we give her the tennis racket when we play tennis so she can imitate us. The Wii Sports Pack is definitely a novelty item.
