I have purchased three other styles of digital frames. I select the photos for the memory card and give them as gifts. I have always been able to work through the technical glitches. On this particular model I was not able to do so. It originally showed just a few of the photos I had on the memory card. I was able to determine that it wasn't reading anything in the folders. In the past, if there were files with duplicate names I put them in separate folders so that I didn't have to rename them. It didn't work in this case. So I took the folders off the memory card, but then the frame no longer recognized any of the photos. Then I tried a different memory card, and it wouldn't read any of those photos either. I may have had a defective one, I don't know, but I finally decided just to return it.
I love how easy Amazon makes it to return items, I don't even have to pay the postage. That is awesome.

Tried to load pictures on it for 3 days and then it died. Frame is black and will not restart. I called tech support and the guy pretty much said they usually die after a couple months or out of the box. They never work for a few days then die. Go figure mine did. When it was working, what should have been a simple loading process was very confusing. I could only fit about 2MB of pictures on the internal memory even though there is supposedly 32MB of space on it. Anyway, it's a nice looking frame when it works... too bad they need to get the bugs out first.

The toggle button on the back, which is required to navigate the menu items, did not work - it only went in two directions. Therefore, the frame was unusable. I had to return the item. The picture quality seemed okay, but no better than a Kodak frame I bought a few weeks ago. I would not recommend this frame until they make it easier to use and navigate.
