Pros: self-contained, sleek design, sculptural form, user-friendly
Cons: the learning curve for a non-apple user.
This is my first apple. I was prepared for the learning challenge and pleasantly surprised by its intuitiveness. Tutorials are readily available. The tech support by phone and online make it a delightful experience like figuring our a crossword puzzle. The dock setup is logical and offers many options for customizing. Its visually-pleasing design, wireless keyboard and mouse are reminders of cutting edge technology. Mouse is a touchpad for scrolling, navigating among pages, efficiently nuanced, help boost self-seteem to even the most 'computer challenged' such as myself. The illustrations, sound effects, crisp action of keys, efficient set-up, provide a level of comfort and confidence.

Pros: Nothing yet.
Cons: Apple only gives you 90 days of telephone support and then want you to purchase a plan to allow you to call with problem
Having problems connecting to the internet on the Apple. Not my line as my laptop connects with no problems. Called Apple and they said it wasn't them to go to my internet provider.

Pros: All in one
Cons: Haven't found out yet.
I have no knowledge when it comes to deciding what's the best computer on the market these days. I chose or rather the Mac chose for me. I intended to purchase a Toshiba All in One to replace my old Sony Vaio Laptop. Best Buy didn't have the model Toshiba I went in for, and while I was waiting for them to locate one I noticed the Apple line. There they were very large very unique systems, sleek models that didn't take up too much space on my desk. I hadn't planned on $pending that much but it's looking as if it was a Great investment!! It's been a little over a month now and I feel quite pleased with my choice. I want to add that ALL the Best Buy associates were extremely helpful that day! Some went above and beyond. This is the fourth Apple product I've personally purchased within the last 24 months.

Pros: Great screen, less viruses

Still learning to use my computer. It is more expensive than window computer. For the price more software should be included. We will see how reliable it is in a couple of months. Seems slower than laswt computer with graphics.

Pros: fast and reliable
Great computer, fast and reliable new to iMac. Still learning this system. The only negative was the salesman told me it was the latest computer by apple only to come back 2 weeks later to see new ones being placed out. The reason I didnt buy a windows was because they were coming out with windows 8 and I wanted the latest model.

Never owned a Mac except my IPhone - this is a great toy with amazing graphics and speed. Would have bought the bigger model but didn't want to take out a second mortgage

Pros: Easy to use, set up and learn
I'm a small business owner who bought this for work because I'm tired of my pc's getting viruses, working slow and crashing . I've installed parallels so I can still run windows 7 and quickbooks for windows on my Mac but still have all the features I want like photo booth, safari and iCal which streams all my calendar information from my cell instantly over wifi to my computer.

Pros: Speed!!!
Cons: Transition from microsoft to mac OS
All in all, I am happy with my purchase. I like the speed of the system. I am still learning the way of the MAC. There is a transition period that I am not done with so far. I am still enjoying the system overall.

The price wasn't that much cheaper but i figured the techs checked the merchandise before selling it. I got home & the wireless keyboard wasn't fully functional. I'm never buying used from here again!

If I bought it long ago I would be much happier. It wakes up as I just touch the mouse. I do not have to wait. A lot of new apps that are similar to Word Apps. Love it.

Pros: Everything works like it suppose to
Cons: The mouse is a bit hard to get use to, keyboard has to numberic pad
I finally decided to mothball my Monster Mac Pro desktop computer and 30 inch Apple Cinema Monitor. My new replacement... another Mac, but 5 times cheaper. My new low end iMac operates approximately twice as fast as my 5 year old Mac Pro. The 21 inch LCD is also crisper and sharper than the 30 inch Apple Cinema display. Absolutely silent and cool, my new iMac works and acts like something out of a perfect dream I once had. I did not expect this computer to be this good. I am a happy and satisfied!

Pros: Got a great deal, financed for 18 months no interest
Cons: Sales support wasn't completely honest
It took me 6months to decide I wanted this computer. Best Buy has the best price currently so I checked online for availability and headed to the store. Sales staff was eager, but informed me that they had no new models of this iMac in stock. Instead they offered a darn good deal for an open box one. I really saved a bundled, but had I known the truth I would have never purchased an open box item. Sales staff stated that it has the original factory warrantee and was in like new factory condition. None of those statements were true.
