Not what I thought

This was a waste of money.... I actually opened it and put it in the trash. Unfortunate, but I had opened it all the way to find out it wasn't what I thought. It is a plastic cover with adhesive strips to attach to your DSLite, but who wants to put adhesive to your brand new expensive electronic. They say it is a skin, but that is the worst expressive word to use for this item. Sorry, nothing good to say about this item.

Good protection.

I bought a black DS for my son for Christmas. The black one is very prone to smears and fingerprints, and given that my son is 7, I also wanted to protect the DS a little. This "skin" is a hard shell that covers the top and bottom of the DS. After I ordered this I saw a soft skin at Walmart that I probably would have preferred from a style perspective. The soft one also had protection for the inside of the DS.

Having a black DS, this white skin is not the most fashionable (the black sides of the DS still show), but my son loves Mario and he's happy.

All in all it's a good product.

When it comes to video games systems, the Nintendo DS today is one of the most popular game systems of all time. last year though, the DS was redesigned into the compact DS Lite, and gamers have went even more wild. This DS Lite skin is a sleek and simple way to customize your DS Lite with a protector skin of everyone's favorite plumber, Mario. This skin was designed in regards to the DS smash, New Super Mario Brothers which insludes Luigi, Toad and Princess Toadstool a.k.a. Peach. I like it because it is dellightful and a comfortable fit. I just sadly though wish that the skin could've featured other Mario favorites like Yoshi and Bowser, but it is a treat for DS Lite owners alike.
