Pros: Compact, Easy To Read
After having just gotten off of another round of long and frustrating phone calls with TomTom's "customer service", I'm giving this product the one star review it deserves. All of its features are absolutely inconsequential when it breaks every two and a half months. As some reviewers on other websites have mentioned, this GPS seems to have a substantial battery problem, and just two days ago I RMA'ed the unit that was itself an RMA replacement. The first battery failed after 49 days, and I went through normal channels to send it back to TomTom, wait for them to receive it, and to get the replacement - a process that takes about two weeks. This time, the battery took 91 days to fail, and I immediately contacted customer support. With a nearly 2000 mile business trip in just a week, I spoke to a supervisor to have the process expedited, and was told that I would have a replacement in my hands within four days (Friday) or seven days (Monday) at the latest. After seeing that the FedEx shipping label I was emailed resolve its delivery date to eight days from shipping (this only after the unit was on its way), today I called support again. This time I was met with a brick wall - a different supervisor who insists that no such expedition process is available or even possible, and that they absolutely cannot even send the replacement until the receive the broken unit.

This GPS was my first TomTom purchase, and it will most definitely be my last. The components are cheap and the customer service is appalling. If you require a dependable GPS for your livelihood, do NOT trust TomTom!
