This game is highly addictive. Im pretty far in the game, but im stuck. That doesnt keep me from trying and trying to beat this level. Must have patience for this game. It can get very frustrating at times.

I almost didn't buy this game since it just sounded weird, but I did buy it. It is weird. It is also very fun to figure out the what to do and keep up the pace so you didn't kill people. The operations are really great, don't worry it doesn't really look like the inside of a body at all. There are two detracting points to this game. One, the art just isn't that good, this may be a blessing as it would be pretty gross otherwise. Two, there is two much talking and down time between operations. The operations are really fun and interesting, but then you have to get back to the story. The story was pretty boring to me as you don't get to make any choices you just read it. Overall, I really like this game, at least the operations, you can speed up the talking so you don't actually have to read. Only the most squimish will have a problem with it.

I see that some complained that the game is frustrating and gave bad ratings just for that reason.
I can understand it, the game is hard.
But my view of the game is a little bit different. I believe if it was any easier, it wouldn't have the same level of intensity and a sense of urgency that this game emulates while you're playing.
The game is fun, trust me. If you could withstand disecting a rat in biology class you'll be fine :)
Every mission in the game starts by dialogues explaining the situation. Be aware that it contains a lot of technical medical terms. Half the time I donno what the hell they're talking about but there's a good guideline to follow so I don't get lost that easily.
Dialogues take a good deal of time, but without them you'll be confused so deal with it! They're not half bad anyways. I've seen a lot of cheesier dialogues in video games, especially for handheld platforms, because many of them are made in Japan and translation to English was done poorly. However
