Cons: Impossible to find accessories. NET10/Tracfone useless customer service.
This phone might be nice, but NET10 is horrible! It boasts an mp3 player. However customer service at NET10 has not been able to tell me how or where to get the usb cable to connect to my computer. It is not on their accessory page. They told me to go to Radio Shack or Walmart and ask. What kind of company is this? After several attempts, they told me that this phone does not support usb. I had also contacted LG directly, and they just referred me back to NET10.
