Returned the item, I was going to use it as the monitor for my business computer, There are not any speakers built in or that comes with the monitor. Adding extra speakers made for too many items on the desk and added to the cost of replacing the monitor I had that quit working.

Very easy to hook to computer,and setup.Even tho the outer box was slightly squished,the inner box containing the monitor was fine!<br >We needed a 20 inch,as anything bigger would not fit the area and this fits great.Personally i dont care for widescreen as it leaves that area above the page and below the page,just my personal dislike,but the price fit our budget.<br >Also it being a name brand was a factor as we have had HP monitors before.Our old HP lasted around 5 years of daily use.

Everything is sharp & clear, the size is perfect. The one drawback is that there is no webcam, but they are cheap enough to buy, and I had one so it didn't matter.I am very gkad I chose this one, the picture quality is great.

I was in the market for a new monitor to replace my old 15" NEC Multisync with max 1024 x 768 resolution. This monitor was going on my small computer desk so over 20" would be too big. Based on the tons of 5 star reviews I decided to get it. Works great right out of the box, it's lightweight, thin, and has great picture quality. Like other reviewers have said the lack of HDMI connection doesn't make it an "ELITE" monitor for the price but you can't beat it for the VALUE. I got mine on sale over this weekend for about $115 with tax. Unless your gaming or using it for multimedia, you really won't notice a difference between the 1600x900 vs the full HD of a 1920x1080 monitor. People are complaining about the lack of speakers. Monitor speakers aren't that great anyway. Good sound will come with a good desktop pair of speakers. Bottom line is, its a great monitor at great price.

This is a great product exept for the fact that it freezes on the picture and the only way for the icons to come back is to manually turn the screen off and then back on.

But the design is annoying. Controls are under the panel rather on the front. Makes it annoying to turn on/off. I have to use my left thumb.<br />I wanted a smaller monitor, but that's probably Best Buy not offering them .<br />I would not recommend this to anyone.

I'm very happy. I think I got a good deal.<br />Super easy to put together. Pretty much plug and play.<br />Love the tilt.<br />Comparison shopping in store made this monitor look small. Got it home and it was the perfect size.<br />For some reason I had a little trouble finding the off button. There's a small gap between it and the function buttons with no text above it, just the blue/orange light. Not to mention it's a little flatter and sturdier to the touch so I skimmed over it with my fingers a couple times.

Like my 23 inch which I also posted a comment for, I have had this 20 inch monitor for 4 months and it has worked perfectly. Display is vivid and clear. Widescreen is great for web browsing, videos, pictures, etc. HP appears to be a good brand from what I can tell. By the way, these monitors are so light, but don't get me wrong. There is plenty of quality. This is just what technology has brought us today... thin, light, awesome picture. By the way, the box has both analog and digital cables!

We purchased this monitor as a packaged deal with a computer, definately worth the upgrade. Please note that this monitor has the both plug-in ports on the back so will work with the blue and white cord connections to your computer.

I always choose to go with HP Products and once again there customer is happy. This screen has abunch of settings which I will probably never use but I got them....and the picture and color is great. Well priced too.<br />Slick design and great company (HP) you can't go wrong !!!!

Got it as part of a super cheap bundle via Black Friday so for value it's awesome. It works just fine, wish it was bigger but works with my duel screen set up.

This is one of those things that you know you should upgrade to but put it off for a while, and then when you do, you wonder why you waited so long. The screen definition is amazing and is so much easier to read and enjoy than the laptop I was using. I'm able to view screen info that I didn't even know was there before. I love getting on the computer now so much more than before. For such a small amount, it was definately worth the upgrade.

It was an emergency decision brought about when my old Samsung LCD monitor failed suddenly. I scanned the available options at my local store and searched the reviews and finally settled on this one. I am content with my decision.

Great monitor for the price, but the HD label is a bit misleading, as the max resolution on the monitor is only 1600 x 900. For most people, this won't matter, but I was rather dissappointed when I was setting it up with my computer and realized my mistake.

Great sleek looking monitor, especially for price point at 20" size. Got it as a black friday online deal, so even better deal. Screen quality very good, not outstanding, but partially due to the connection limitations of VGA from my laptop. Otherwise great purchase for a mid level monitor. Would be great if offered HDMI connection.
