This Bose headset offers superior sound from an ipod or PC. It is very comfortable for use over a long period of time. Also quite important that one can hear external to the headset meaning that if someone calls, the listener can hear that. It is not sound proof to the surrounding environment. Makes for a useful headset in a business as well as private setting. where a telephone ring can be heard as well as another person's voice. Sure wish that it was less expensive so that more than one can be purchased.

My wife bought it for my Birthday and I love them. I have always wanted Bose head phone, but they were very pricy until we found this model. They are perfect quality for a perfect price! Thank you Bose!

These are very good headphones. Great sound and very comfortable. You can wear these hours and hours without any discomfort. The price is steep in my opinion. You can get alternatives just as good from Skull Candy for half the cost.

These headphones were bought for my daughter to use with her IPod. She absolutely loves them. They are comfortable for her, the sound is great and I can't hear the music when she has them on, unlike other headphones. I was reluctant to spend so much on headphones, but they have lasted longer than the cheaper ones so I feel that I got my money's worth. I love the little bag that comes with them for storage and I like how the earpieces adjust and lay flat. Bose has always been great and I am very impressed with these headphones. They are great for adults and kids.

From my first store comparisons I have truly enjoyed the Sound and feel of the positioning on my head and ears. I choose the around the ear type over the on the ear type to avoid the pressure on the ears and possible easily slipping off. It was the right choice. I am enjoying these head phones with my Zune tremendiously. It was a Good decissoin.

These are light weight and very comfortable. You can probably find headphones that sound better but you'll have to pay 2-3 times more. They are fine for what I use them for (late night movie/TV viewing).

My husband uses these headphones every night. They are not even sound blocking headphones, but they do block out most of the surrounding sound, and the quality of the sound is excellent. I got them for him for Christmas, and it was the best gift I could have given him. I rated the durability as average because we haven't had them long enough to know.

This is the second pair that I bought for my wife because she liked mine so much. They have good sound quality and the weigh almost nothing. The design is great, Bose has taken the speaker and angled it back so it is not crushing your ear. There is a enough space that your ear tucks right in and you can't even feel the headphones.

Great product. I prefer these over the OE2 because I like the around-the-ear better. Would have liked a hard carrying case like the OE2s have. The wire connection to the actual headphones is oddly shaped, thus if a replacement was needed, it would have to be a Bose wire. The wire itself was thinner than expected. Worth the price.

I really love these headphones. I use them at night to play PC games without disturbing my room mates. I also use them at the gym or whenever I want to listen to my music. They are incredibly comfortable to wear and easily portable.

When it comes to sound quality what more need be said then Bose. For the money these are an excellent buy. Comfort over the ears is exceptional which lengthens the time one can use them.

Got these for Christmas and use them often. I like them but find the bass is weak and wnen you turn up the volume the bass gets distorted. They fit well, and provide some sound isolation. They seem a bit flimsy but are holding up so far. I do like that they fold flat for travel.

Bose has excellent quality sound systems and devices, and these Bose AE2 Headphones are certainly not the exception. Even though without having a noise cancellation technology, the clarity and quality of the sound is superior, from the treble to the bass sounds it is a pleasure listening your favorite music, or watching a great video or movie.

I had to buy a second pair, because the first pair I bought about 6 years ago fell apart around the ear. I always took good care of them and they were never subjected too extreme heat or cold. For the price they don't last, at least the first pair didn't. I'll see how this pair fairs! The sound is great, but not sure of the quality of workmanship that is put into them! Maybe not all of them will be like this one in particular!
