I use while commuting and it has proven to be very effective in being able to hear and be heard. The ear buds fit comfortablly while the mic picks up sound without having to shout. I prefer this over a wireless device because its one less item to charge and pair.

I really like Bose earphones because the sound is great and they are very comfortable. They are expensive but worth it in my opinion because Bose replacement policy (one year) is awesome. Even the replacements have a one year warranty. Not sure why people are complaining about the bass because Bose is known more for clarity than bass. However the bass is actually pretty good. If you want better bass get the Beats by Dre.

I love these headphones so much. I tried 2 separate pairs of Beats & both malfunctioned right out of the box. I decided to buy the Bose headphones instead & they have much better sound quality & noise canceling features. My husband, who has used Beats for about a year has been converted. He wants his own set of Bose for Christmas this year.

I like to use my Bose earbuds for running in the morning and for mowing the lawn. Every time I use them they work for a couple songs then pause/stop the song. I have them connected to my iPhone and use my iTunes music and Pandora. It is very annoying, but great sound if they worked every time.

The MIEI2i lives up to the Bose name. Bose has managed to find a way to deliver great sound quality (crisp highs, nice lows) without the bulk of a on the ear headset. The only downside is that with Bose Quality comes Bose Price.

I have purchased several headsets for my iphone, but these definitely sound the best and I don't have any trouble talking on the phone. I bought the extended warranty because the wiring has failed on every other brand that I have purchased in the past....hope I don't have to use it!

I've been in pro-audio all my adult life and while these MIE2i's are nice - I haven't been overly impressed as I am with other Bose products, For me, they always feel like they're about to fall out of my ears, although they don't - so it's distracting. I imagine if you don't mind that they are not full in ear (buds) they're great. The lack of ambient noise cancellation is somewhat frurstrating as well.

Bought these for running and they are GREAT! They stay put throughout entire run with no adjustments needed. Sound quality is fabulous and they are quite comfortable. I was going to purchase a second set of traveling headphones with noise canceling, however, these are so comfortable and do have decent noise isolation I don't think it will be necessary.<br ><br >The inline controls are wonderful for those with ipod touch or using with iphone since you don't have to &quot;swipe&quot; or use any of the touch screen controls when you run. The buttons (sequences) take care of all you'll need (volume, forward, repeat, pause, etc.) so you can strap your i-device to your arm and just use the headset for the controls. Also helpful when you don't want to wake up your device every time you need a song advanced.

They are excellent the music on my iPhone 4 is like magic...with this handset its like I'm at a concert...just excellent.I have been looking for these forever I have nothing bad to say about this product....

I use these while running outdoors and they are great. They fit snug in my ears and don't move. The sound is fantastic. I like that they are not noise canceling as I need to be able to hear what it going on around me. Very much worth the money, especially considering they sound great at half the price of other high end earbuds.

Bose... I just doesn't get better than this. These earbuds are just another fine example of the great products that Bose produce. The quality is unequaled and they are very comfortable. Expensive? Yes, but these are not toys to be thrown around. These are precision audio transducers...

So I bought this and the Shure SE215 to compare and I ended keeping the bose. I needed some headphones for an everyday use in school and for exercising so comfort was essential but I also wanted some headphones with a great sound. The shure have a better sound do to the isolation which is excellent. On the other had the bose have a really good sound but some is lost in the lack of sound isolation. But I ended liking the lack of sound isolation because it helps when youre running but also need to be aware of your surroundings. In school it was a bit different since some people are just too noisy.

I needed a new set of earphones since my in-ear headphones from apple had gave out I went through 4 pairs of those within a 3 year period and I needed something better the sound quality and the stay here tips fit like a dream and the remote is sweet highly recommended.

I have been looking at these for more than a year and keep going back and forth over the cost. I got them on sale with 3x points and figured that I could at least try them and if I did not like them return them. My biggest need in getting a new headset was finding one that would stay in my ears while walking and working out.

Compared with the regular Apple earbuds, these stay in your ear and have a better control. The sound is richer as well but you might have to increase the volume slightly to get similar sound levels.
