iHome Portable Bongiovi Speaker System for iPhone

This has great sound for the size! I love that its wireless, and folds easy for traveling. I don't use it for the clock function...not a fan of the clock, but we mainly use it for travel, and outside by the pool, or the beach. I highly recommend for these reasons.

I purchased this to replace my current alarm clock and also have something to play my ipod through. The product sounded great and was easy to use but depending on what ipod you have some features weren't available. For instance people with itouche's can not use the remote control. Additionally the speaker system broke down on me a few times where I would try to skip to the next song and the system would pause. I eventually returned it but plan on getting another hoping I had a faulty item.

Excellent in practically every respect. Great sound, can fill a room at middle volume without distortion. Smooth clamshell packs easily in laptop bag or luggage....but does not lock when closed. Remote and rechargeable battery features are nice. Setup and programming is straight forward. FM reception is so-so but decent or as expected for a traveling multifunction iPod dock.

I bought this for my son to take back and forth from my house to his dad's. He listens to it while playing xbox here at home & uses the alarm clock feature at his dad's. I got it for a great price on black friday, and it's battery life & speaker quality are worth the money! I'm not sure I would have paid full price though. I read reviews of similar products & my son's friends recieved other portable speaker systems, but this one seems to have been a good choice. He only needed something to play his ipod in the living room & bedroom, so he still uses headphones in public places. It's perfect for these uses! He loves it & his friends all think it's pretty neat also. Oh, they are 12 & 13. I have since bought an ipod for myself & plan on using it sometimes also.

I love the iHome! It goes everywhere with me--all over the house and to work. I am a huge fan of the radio option, and it gets a surprisingly long amount of time off a fully charged battery. I highly recommend this product to anyone who loves to listen to their iPod while doing work. I am able to listen to my favorite podcasts while in the shower and cooking/baking. The sound quality is great also.

Bought this on cyber monday, the same price it is again today 79..which is great than the real retail price. I absolutely love IT!!! Its light and "foldable." Big remote, cause I can lose those things. Sound quality is perfect. I can hear the music from the other side of my house; and it wasn't even the loudest. The BonGiovi DPS button makes it all worth while. Plus you save money when you buy it here and not from the apple store. 5 stars all the way.

Sound is good, light on timmer is too bright even at the dimmest setting, Snoose button is flush with the rest of the unit so it is difficult to hit just the snooze button without hitting any other buttons.

Has great features and sound. Great price helps too. Love it! Use as alarm clock with my Ipod. I wake to my favorite tunes. I can set whatever music I want. Did I mention I LOVE it!

Awesome portable unit and I can play Pandora Radio thru my iPhone 3gs with it - nice surprise. It is not surround sound, but you can't expect that from such a small unit. Battery life is awesome, I drained it right after a full charge &amp; it took me 3.5 days. Play time thru iPhone/computer/tv use was around 20 hours and the rest on standby. Not sure what Best Buy is referring to when they describe it as silver, mine is all black.<br />Alarm is not the easiest to use and I don't mind the limited 6 presets for radio stations as I will mainly be using it with Pandora and iPhone for music.<br />Overall I am extremely happy to have such a portable unit I can drop in my purse/backack.

I'm still learning all the settings options for this product, but it does what I expected. When my 20-plus-year-old alarm clock died, I wanted a way to play my iPod and go to sleep to music. The sound on my old unit was too poor and annoying to want to do that. The sound on the iHome is great! I am still getting the hang of how to set the three alarms, though. Be sure to read the manual carefully. Be aware that the contrast on the display is not strong enough to read well at night; at least, not for someone not wearing glasses. It's nice you can turn off the display to make the room darker. This was a good purchase, and I'd recommend it.

I love this clock radio, another winner in Ihome's Studio Series of Ipod docks. You get every possible clock radio feature you could want. But the real story is the sound, that Bongiovi Accoutics button on the dock really makes a wonderful difference. The bass sounds are deeper, treble and midranges are clearer, the sound is fantastic! I'd recommend this to anyone, definately a sweet sounding product.
