If I could give this item less than 0ne star I would. My son bought this camera with gift cards from his bday and was so excited. We get the thing home and you can only take 2 pictures - and get this - when you turn the camera off the are deleted! What is the purpose of even having a camera? So we get a SD card like it says. Now we can take 28 pictures (better) but it STILL deletes the pictures when you turn the camera off. What a waste * shaking head*

Clunky icon interface that I can't figure out, low res display, flash severly over-exposes, you have to be dead to hold this still enough to get a photo that isn't blurred, the quality of a clear photo isn't even as good as the original 1st generation 2-4 Megapixel cameras. I spent 15 minutes with it and it's going back to Walmart. I can't believe they can sell something this awful. I should have looked for the reviews here, but didn't think this brand would be on Amazon. I wouldn't even give this to a kid.

I've been using various digital cameras like these for nearly 6 years. You can indeed get decent quality photos using 2 to 4 mega pixel digital cameras. You have to aim the camera for about 5-10 seconds to get a clear shot. You have to be patient and have an eye of a hunter. For batteries, Rayovac is the best and will last you a lot longer than other brands but always carry spares though because digital cameras really do eat battery power.

Have fun!

I picked up this camera after seeing a guy at work with it, he said it worked great, and looking at it it seemed impressive, a 4.1 mp camera for only $60 or so. So i went and picked it up, I already knew to get a expanded memory card so I got one of those as well, bringing my total spending to around $140. I took a few test shots when i got home inside the house and it was horrible, everything was dark, when you use the flash it WAY overexposes. I played with the settings a bit and took about 6 total shots and then the batteries died. I replaced the batteries and took 5-6 more shots and they died again.... Geez i thought. I was using Energizer batts at the time to clarify im not using cheep batts. I got it outside during the day and it done fairly well because there was ample lighting and I didnt have to use the flash of doom. Again only a few pictures and the batteries were being consumed.

I then took it on my trip to Canada and knowing how it loves eating batteries, i picked up

I agree with the review I saw above. I thought this would be a decent camera to give to my son. After the purchase of the camera and the extra card and the batterys, I was very disappointed. I could have bought a normal 110 camera for a LOT less and gotten 100x better pics. There is nothing easy about this camera. If you breath wrong it will distort the picture and you can never use the flash or it will turn every thing BRIGHT YELLOW. The worst thing is when you put the photos onto your computer and see how grainy the images turn out. Doesn't matter what pixel size you pick. The are all horrible. I will always pick a name brand camera in the future.

I knew that a camera that is worth 40 bucks is not that top of the line. I went to purchase it anyway to give it to my little sister. It turned out she hated it. Outdoors, where there is sufficient light, the camera is tolerable and the pictures are not that bad. Indoors however, the camera is useless without the flash because the pictures turned out so dark (like midnight dark) even though there is enough light. This also applies outdoor where light it not sufficient. For the video part, I also found it useless because the videos are so dark. You can't even see anything!

With flash, the camera is tolerable as long as you don't take self portraits because if you do you will look like a ghost for the flash is so strong. To remedy that problem I had to tape a piece of paper on the flash part to minimize it. Because of this, I can finally see my face but then the camera looked ugly. Apart from that the result of the photos had a very strong yellow and brown hues that sometimes the pictures

Do not buy this product. It is a waste of money (and plastic) plain and simple. We wanted a small pocket size digital camera that was easy to store for on-the-go type of convenience instead of having to lug around our full camera bag with the expensive Olympus everywhere. I purchased this camera from Wal-Mart for $59.99. Since it only has 32MB of limited internal memory that are cleared during shutdown you will need to buy a memory card. I had purchased a 512MB card from Kodak bringing the cost to around $109.00 for camera and card. I got it home read the directions completely and started snapping test pictures to get the hang of the camera. I couldn't take one decent indoor picture, (never made it outdoors with it) the flash either completely blots out the subject/object or it's to dark. I called the support number to see if perhaps the camera might be faulty. The hold time was 45 minutes and after the operator finally did answer, the call only lasted three minutes. I was basically

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT....IT SAYS IT HAS A BUILT-IN 32MB MEMORY....BIG LIE....I JUST BOUGHT THIS AT WAL-MART FOR $59.99....I WAS LIKE COOL....I GET IT HOME....IT TAKES 2 AA BATTERIES....I PUT THEM IN AND THERE IS A STICKER ON THE BATTERY COVER THAT STATES "LIMITED INTERNAL MEMORY IS PROVIDED FOR TEST IMAGES. THESE IMAGES WILL BE DELETED WHEN CAMERA POWER IS TURNED OFF. PLEASE TRANSFER IMAGES BEFORE POWER OFF."....THIS CAMERA IS ONLY CAPABLE OF TAKING 2 PHOTO'S....YOU HAVE TO BUY A MEMORY CARD IN ORDER TO TAKE MORE THAN 2 PHOTO'S....HUGE RIP-OFF....

DONT BUY....DONT BUY....THANK YOU....
