This is a great basic,no bling, computer case and it is nicely padded and securely holds my laptop and my is 14 1/2 ".It will hold up to 17" I believe.

Ideal Bargain Laptop Case

Laptop case arrived well within the advertised time window. It was exactly as advertised, a well constructed case which held my 17" laptop and its power cord easily and effortlessly. The c.ase contained several convenient pockets for papers, DVD'S and the like. Straps and handles were also convenient and sufficient and seemed sturdy. My ownly, and very minor, gripe was that the velcro-fastened holddowns for the laptop seemed a bit funky. One nice convenience feature: laptop could be used while still in the case. Altogether, the best-valued features/price that I could find after a thorough web search.

Computer Case

This is perfect. It is an excellent means of carrying my laptop. I searched high and low in all kinds of retail shops and could not find a case for my laptop that was functional and affordable. I searched overstock and quickly found what I was looking for and it is perfectly and has lots of room for other paperwork and office needs. Great value.

I purchased this case on Ocober 10, 2008. I received it on October 14,2008. The case is sturdy and great. Just what I was looking for. Lots of compartments and holds my 17 inch laptop with plenty of extra room. This was the first time shopping on overstock.com and I had a great experience. This case fits my 17" Laptop and all the accessories easily. Has an adjustable foam padding insert and strap, to make sure your laptop is secure. Has an inside pocket to hold files or a small laptop cooler. Large outside pocket on front for other accessories, and a pocket on back for easy accessibility .

Great Bag....Great Price

This bag has plenty of room for an oversized 17" widescreen laptop (comparable to the size of a Candy Land board game) with a little room to spare. There's two velcro adjusters to keep your laptop from bouncing around, and the two handle options make carrying a breeze. The bag itself is decently made with plenty of storage for additional items. For the price, you just can't beat it.

This case truly holds a 17" Sony Vaio VGN AR520E laptop with room to spare for power supply.

Laptop carrying case

This by far is a great deal for anyone who wants a very simple inexpesive bag to carry your laptop and there is plenty of room for your itmes to go along with your laptop. I use it on a daily basis and love it.

Nice case - basic but functional

After looking for several days in several stores and websites I could not find any case that got good reviews that would fit a 17 inch laptop. This one is great - good padding, enough room for the extra's and a decent price. Even Dell where I got it from did not have any that were big enough to adequately fit it - so I am pleased!! Would definitely recommend - just wanted a different color than black - but other than that would definitely recommend this for anyone looking for a 17 inch case.....

Good For Price

I wanted a low cost case for my 17 inch laptop...All that I found were really expensive. I only travel occasionally and didn't want to spend a whole lot. Was browsing this site and stumbled across this case. The previous reviews caught my eye and I decided to give it a try. Ordered on Monday night...received Wednesday! Can't beat the service. Case is lightweight and my laptop fits perfectly. It doesn't have a lot of compartments, but it will help protect my laptop during my upcoming travels. I am glad I purchased!!!

Should have started with Overstock to begin with..

We went to several department stores in search of a laptop case that would fit our new laptop. After looking at so many, we stopped wasting gas and went to Overstock and found the perfect case, costing less than the stores and it fits the laptop like a glove. It was here before we knew it and got to take the laptop on vacation with us because of the quick shipping.

Case Logic 17" Laptop Case

This product is very good for the price. I highly recommend it for someone who needs something to protect their laptop while in the home or for light travel. Since I haven't yet used it on a plane or train, I cannot comment on its performance in these situations.

I only wish that the interior was made of neoprene. But that's my own personal preference.

Just perfect

Yes its the perfect case for our 17" laptop. After months of looking for one finally found it. You know its hard to find cases for this size. Its very well made, it does not look cheap at all. Met all our expectations plus some more. Buy it. You will love it too. I have not seen this product or a similar product at this price in the stores that sell laptops. Incredible!!!

This is a great value and my 17" HP laptop can travel securely in this nicely padded case. Plenty of room for incidentals. This type of case sells for $59 and up in my local area.

When I ordered this laptop case, I thought that for the price it would be less sturdy than other cases. Boy was I wrong !
Not only is this item perfect for my Acer 17" laptop, it has enough extra pockets for CD's and a USB floppy device.

Excellent Value

The case came the day after I ordered it and it fits perfectly! There's more room than I thought there would be and I easily fit my power cord in the front pocket.

Great Case

I have not had a lot of chances to use the new laptop case yet but I really like the fact that the padding is substantial to absorb any shock to my computer. That was one of the main features that I was looking for so I am happy with the product.

Great Bag!

I was about to give up on finding an affordable bag to carry my 17" notebook in. I was even making a pattern to make my own! had the padding and everything, but found this one. Now i'll use those supplies for something else :) This is sturdy, well made and has really nice features to keep it from moving around in the bag and securing it. Plus there is plenty of room for other supplies (cords, mouse, etc), as well as notes and other stuff in outer pockets. GREAT DEAL for the price. Others I've seen are about $100 or more!! -- which is why I was going to make one myself -- I sew well, and it would have been cheaper to do that otherwise. Plus, this was delivered 3 days after ordering! VERY pleased with my first purchase from Overstock!

Really Nice!

By far the best soft side case for a 17" laptop I have seen. I have an ACER 17" and it fits just right and snug which is how I want it so no chance of moving around. I looked at $70 and up and this beats them hands down. It even holds my full size USB keyboard. Inside there is a velcro strap to use if you have a smaller laptop but I put the strap on the bottom for a little extra padding when I set it down. Just open it up and use the laptop without even taking it out. Superb value.

Great Laptop Case

I was having a difficult time finding a case that would fit my 17" and that was economical. I read the reviews and decided to order. I like the sturdiness of the case and the price was right. There was plenty of room inside the main case and other areas to fit additional items. In addition, I received it within three days. I am happy with my purchase.

A case to fit my laptop

After weeks of searching for a case to fit my new 17in computer, I went online and discovered this bargain at Overstock. It's well constructed and appears to be very durable. My only wish would be for a tad more space to fit in extra paperwork. Still, I'm very happy with this purchase.

laptop case

This case was great for the price. I have a large 17" Toshiba. My computer fits snuggly in this case with just enough space to keep the extra padding (that is supposed to be used to keep smaller laptops from moving), along the bottom inside edge. There was plenty of space for all the cords plus a couple of magazines and any disks I needed to take along.

I recommend this laptop case!

I would recommend this laptop case to anyone with a 15 inch laptop or bigger. The only thing I wish it had was a little more depth in the pockets so I could carry more things. But overall I think it's great!

17" Laptop Carrying Case

As I was looking at a local multimedia store for a 17' laptop case, all I could find were $60 to $70. One of the store employees advised me to look on Overstock.com, and I'm glad that I did. I love my laptop case and it was a bargain at the price.

Laptop bag

It was good for what we needed it for. It is very basic, and "plain Jane." We just needed something for traveling, and not very frequently. There are not very many pockets, but it has enough to carry all your gear with a little room for extra. Very good for what you pay.

Good Buy

I definitely recommend this case. I bought 2 for each of my son's, which do alot of traveling. Even though the case is soft, it is still tough enough to protect their computers. They love them because it has plenty of room to carry games and such.

Couldn't find a case that fit 17" under about $65. Description should include that it is nylon, but not that nasty feeling microfiber. Plenty of room for the basics (cords, mouse, etc.) but does not expand so if you want to carry a lot of extras, this may not be for you. Place for paper, pencils, etc. Great shipping discount in effect when I purchased. Yes, I would recommend this item. Seems to be well made.
