So far this game has been great. The story is well developed and the gameplay is very smooth. The graphics are great, both in game and during cutscenes. Character creation is easy and your character image is highly customizable. The only problem I had was getting use to the camera. The controls for it are a little tricky until you get use to them, especially if you're character is inside, but once you figure it out it's not a problem. Definitely one of my favorite games of 09.

If you like RPG games then you got to get this game. The story is one of the best i have seen. Controls are very good easy to use, if your not a big RPG guy or girl its easy to get into. Its not one of those games that if you don't play this kind of game you cant play it.

When I first bought this I thought it was going to be mostly a horror game. But I found myself laughing at what the Splicers were saying more than being spooked. Though at times it can make you jump a little. I really enjoyed the "moral" aspect of the game whether to "harvest" or "save: the Little Sisters. The really only disappointing thing is the final boss. It is much too easy. But everything else is great!

A little ways into the game and so far I like it a lot. Character creation was easy but also allowed for a very customized character. The game play is very fun so far. Dialogue is good and keeps the story moving along.

The one thing that takes a little getting used to is the camera. It is easy to control but it takes a little getting used to when moving around, especially in interior environments.

For the most part I thought this was a great game, but I have had a few problems with it that might be the game or it might be my computer. The game crashes frequently for me, especially at load screens, forcing me to restart my comp. I also have problems with GameSpy. So far I have never been able to connect to an online co-op game. I have always had this kind of problem with any game that uses GameSpy for multiplayer. LAN for this game is the best way to go. When I am able to play co-op though, it is very fun and the action is great. The mix of a rpg with a fps is a great concept, although the rpg portion of the game could have been more deeply developed. Overall it is a good game that is even better when you get a chance for co-op. Hopefully my crash problems aren't the game, and hopefully GameSpy gets some better servers :)

Star Wars The Force Unleashed: Ultimate Sith Edition

First thing I noticed when I got the game was that it comes with a collector card, so save that. Second, after it took 60 minutes to load both discs onto my PC I found out I can't used my PC controller to play the game...only keyboard/mouse together or an XBOX 360 wired controller. Not too happy about that but Best Buy got my business for the controller. Reason why I suggest the controller on this type of game is because it's a slasher, not like KOTOR where you target an enemy and have a moment to rifle through your options on how to kill him, it's real time, so keyboard/mouse set up would be cumbersome not to mention probably give you carpal tunnel. So, get the controller or borrow one from a friend. Unsure about the wireless remote...the game specifically said wired remote, so that's what I bought. Graphics are awesome, maxed out my settings to get a feel for how well it would perform and it was better than the consoles. Not going to give anything away about the extra missions, so have

First things first: in the past I have chastised EA a number of times for its release of cookie-cutter games, crippled with atrocious DRM schemes. So, in all fairness, I now have to say this: DRAGON AGE: ORIGINS IS A GAMER's DREAM! It is an excellent game - and it comes FREE of any DRM madness. So, thank you EA for listening to your customers. This is one of those games that are easy to control, a joy to roam through and fun to play at no end. I am a huge cRPG fan and cannot remember such a great companion/squad cRPG ever since the Baldur's Gate Saga. And to tell you the truth, this is the game I was dreaming of being able to play one day while playing BG (yeah, by now we all know that NEVERWINTER NIGHTS never delivered). There are about a dozen gender/race/class/background choices and a great many combinations in forming your party. The armor and the weapons are exceptionally made and everything shows on your characters. And the graphics are truly beautiful! You have to see the rendering

Awesome game for any PC games buyer. If you're having problems running it on your computer, try putting down the quality in the options. I ran the whole game smoothly on medium with these stats;

2 gb ram, Intel Pentium Dual Core, 2.0 ghz, with a nvidia 9400. It worked great and was a blast to play. :)

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Upgrade

Unless you are a PC professional or your recreation consists solely in fiddling with computers (and you're not sure whether there is an opposite sex or not), you'd be better off staying away from Win7. You will be doing Microsoft's integration testing and final QA. And you will pay for the privilege. I've been using Win 7 Beta since it first came out, and the Windows 7 Release Candidate (supposedly frozen code) for the last 6 months. Both were generally good OS packages, and fast, but the purchased version has features (and "inconveniences") not in the Beta or the Release Candidate. My guess is the code was frozen a few minutes before the first product disks were made. Win 7 is a big improvement over Vista. But then, XP is a big improvement over Vista. Win 7 is much faster than Vista, it may be faster than XP. But it has big-company computer management clunkiness, not what I want in my very-own personal PC. And Win7 is not ready for Prime Time. Nobody but Microsoft could get

Microsoft Windows 7 Professional Upgrade

When Microsoft says that you can upgrade from XP Pro (32-bit) to Windows 7 Pro (32-bit) in several hours, well, this is an understatement. Almost 35 hours and a week later, my computer is still NOT back to where it was before the upgrade. I am still having problems with several of my previously installed and previously working applications. It is now apparent that I will have to purchase a new printer. This is frustrating as my previous printer worked just fine using XP for copying, scanning, and printing....my current printer suited me just fine, it did everything and more than I needed to do. So now...I have to spend another $150 or so to purchase a new printer and just trash my current printer???!!!! No thank you!!!! Did I mention that my current printer was working flawlessly under XP? I never went through the frustrations of Windows VISTA, as XP worked just fine for me. I have a new desktop computer that is only 9 months old, and scores very high (via Microsoft's website#

World of Warcraft 60 Day Pre-Paid Time Card
+ 0 likes
What most people are over looking is that paying for WoW is 15$ a month, and they think that buying these prepaid cards is overusing money, well..First off the Card is for TWO months of gameplay, thats 30$. The same as buying 2 months with your credit card.
If you are unable to buy 15$ a month on a credit card, then this is a great thing to get. Its easy to use and you dont have to keep up with a monthly charge.

Great deal, Great Buy!

What do you get when you take the addictive action RPG elements of Diablo, create an exotic wasteland and fill it with a bajillion epic guns? Borderlands is an amazingly fun game. Beautiful graphic novel style graphics blend seamlessly with humorous characters to create an interesting if shallow story all about collecting the loot. Even though it can be some extra work, getting online with up to 3 of your buddies for some 4-player co-op is worth the effort. If you like shooters and action RPGs this game is a must.

Okay, just to first address the low scores that have been given to Borderlands, like so many PC games, because of the silly DRM issues. I'd just like to say that when you throw mud at what is otherwise an EXCELLENT game, you're contributing to the so-called "death" of PC games. So, please stop it... there are those of us who still really love the PC platform. :) As for Borderlands, this game is like pure heaven for anyone who enjoys the absolute carnage that a FPS should bring to the table. I'm not talking about these military tactical shooters where if you take 1 bullet you go down, I'm talking about the Rambo style kind of firefight that is a whirlwind of face-melting lead in every direction. Now, add co-op to the mix, and even just these elements alone would bring this game up to the level of a game like Serious Sam. However, on top of all that, you get a deep and interesting loot system that helps to drive you forward, four different character classes with unique specializations, and

I did buy this game at a retail store. I never purchase on STEAM. I was happily surprised, the installation was easy and there were no serial# to provide, a rare occurrence. No credential to enter if you play solo. For multiplayer you must have a gamespy account. I had an old X800GTO, which cannot run the game, the game requires shadel model (something like that) 3.0 or higher. I did upgrade to an ATI4870. I was preparing myself to upgrade my graphic card, I was quite sure the X800GTO would not handle it. It seems that this game runs best on an NVidia card, but I can say that my 4870 runs without a single lag with average settings. I did not try the highest settings yet, anyway even with low settings the graphics are really nice. Lot of hours or play in perspective, 4 different classes to try, I am happy.

So Odd, All these terrible reviews. When Im not playing borderlands I want to be. I dont have any of the problems these reviews report. I love the graphics, they are cell shaded, they are supposed to look that way. The AI is not perfect but its pretty good. I dont own a console so all games Ive played have been on the PC. Ive played most FPS and RPG and this one is fine.

Roxio Creator 2010

I recently purchased Creator 10. I got it installed and all that will work is the cd copier and making audio cds. I cannot use the DVD parts of the program. It won't open and it says "No permissions to launch application".

I have contacted support 2 weeks ago and I stiil have not received an answer. They closed a ticket without responding to me. I opened a new ticket and they still don't have an answer. This has been a dissapointment to me. I have Roxio 6 and it has always worked great, but after dealing with Creator 10 I would not reccomend the product.

WOW! Where to begin...

I purchased Windows 7 because I finally got tired of dealing with my vista bugs and workarounds.

After a long and tedious (8+ hours!) installation process, the computer was running FASTER than it did with Vista. All of the programs that were on the computer now run without issue.

Windows new 'Aero' Interface is spectacular and intuitive.

And on a little obscure note, they finally put shut-down back on the start menu...

Microsoft Windows 7 Home Premium Upgrade

Just received the upgrade I had preordered in July. Installed it on my home built pc (Asus P5QL Pro with 8 GB memory, Core 2 Duo E8400, 500 GB WD black drive, ATI Radeon 4850, and Asus Xonar DX sound card. I downloaded the Windows 7 advisor, uninstalled software that could prevent problems and upgraded. The upgrade went without a hitch. Windows 7 reinstalled the video driver. It also installed a sound driver. I did have to download a driver for my sound card from Asus to support 5.1. The generic windows driver only supported 2 speakers. The OS is stable and runs just fine. If you are going to upgrade allow 2-3 hours.

After hanging with XP Pro on my main desktop PC for years, I upgraded to WIN 7 this past weekend. So far, I like it. I would say that this is what Vista should have been from the beginning. I have Vista on a few laptops, so I'm not unfamiliar with it. Win 7 is very much like Vista, but does seem quicker and a bit less pushy about what I can and can't do with my system.

UPGRADING TO W7 HAS BEEN A NIGHTMARE! I am currently living the nightmare of a failed Windows 7 upgrade failure. I attempted to install the upgrade on my dell xps with 6g's of memory and the intel i7 processor. Each time during the final stage of the installation my screen would go blank. I was able to contact technical support using my older DELL. Unfortunately, the guy from Bangkok, India failed to get W7 to install successfully and apparantly had no real clue to what is wrong. After hours of following his instructions - which made matters worse - I finally called it quits at midnight last Saturday. I used my reistallation disc from Dell to reinstall VISTA (no muss, no fuss!). However, now I cannot connect to the internet which is hendering installation of printer drivers and other software. I TOTALLY REGRET PURCHASING AND TRYING TO INSTALL THIS PRODUCT! MY VISTA WAS WORKING PERFECTLY! MICROSOFT HAS BECOME A TERRIBLE SOFTWARE COMPANY - IN MY OPINION - SINCE THE CHANGE IN LEADERSHIP
