SanDisk Sansa Fuze 8 GB Video MP3 Player (Black)

I got this as a replacement to my phone which i have to use 2 cables to listen to music. This player is good other then the battery life. ITS NOT EVEN CLOSE TO WHAT IT SAYS. i fully charged it and only got about 3 hours of continuous use and thts putting the screen to turn off as fast as possible and the brightness in minimal time the setting have. Its a alright player. I also like the feature tht is can use microSDHC cards which means it can supprt the 32gb microSD which would be like having a IPOD but way smallerWould of been better if the battery lasted a little longer. I work a 8hr shift and i need a player tht will last at least what i work.Overall the player and the screen is nice and i just cut the plastic tht it comes in so tht i can access the controls and it can protect the screen and not have to pay 25.00 for the case. I would NOT recommend this product if u plan on listening to it for more then about 2-3 hours cause u wont be able to cause the battery would die.

I purchased this player as a result of a good experience with a previous model. Unfortunately this model has a sound dampening system built in so people won't play it to loud. It renders the player useless unless you are listening in a quiet room. Using system settings to increase the volume level from normal to max actually makes the problem worse. The battery also does not fully charge, but that problem is secondary to the volume issue.

This is the best mp3 player I've ever owned, or used. The expansion slot is great. I bought the 4 gig model and then a 4 gig micro sd card, so I basically have a 8 gig model. I've had no problems with this after over 2 months of almost constant use. I don't use it for videos or pictures, so I'm not sure about that. Be sure to update the player. Sansa puts out some awesome updates (folder view, ogg vorbis support, and more).

This product has a very good price for the features offered. It has a great battery life & is easy to operate. The only small problem is the on/off switch. It can be difficult to use.

I have been holding back buying one of these due to the costs of an iPod. When I saw this one I was amazed at the price difference. I had my geek son look it over at a store and he said it appeared to be a good value. So far, it has been. I am enjoying taking the music I like wherever I go. :-)

I wanted an MP3 player for my wife. We kind of both dislike iPods because of all the proprietary software. This unit has been great for my wife. She doesn't claim to be a techie, and she absolutely loves the ease of use that this unit offers. The sound quality is very good through the ear buds. We have turned the FM receiver on and listened to it all night and thoroughly enjoyed it.

ibiza Rhapsody H1A030BL 30 GB Wi-Fi/MP3 Player by Haier (Blue)

We have about five ipod's hanging around the house so I was really hesitant to try the competition. I love the idea of music subscriptions though... Unfortunately, although I pay for my music subscription each month I still needed to effectively "steal" subscription music get it to play on the family ipods. Thanks to the Ibiza, my life of petty crime is behind me. Yeah, it's not quite as small as other players and it definitely doesn't rank as high as the ipod touch on the coolness meter. After all my son can hit a button which makes his ipod touch look like a zippo lighter and it's got all sorts of fun games that you won't find on the Ibiza. What the ibiza does have though is wireless capabilities, drag and drop for music subscriptions, and stereo Bluetooth (I think the 30 GB version for Bluetooth only). My car stereo has Bluetooth so my ibiza works sort of like a remote. No wires, no stashing it in the glove compartment, etc. I simply synched it with my car stereo once and it

The Sansa Fuze is better than The ipod nano line and has more features, I don't like ipods mainly because they are overpriced and don't have many features. Sansa Fuze has great sound quality and good battery life. You can have up yo 24gb of storage with a 8gb fuze and a 16gb memory card until 32 gig cards come out.

This is my first MP3 player and I am now in MP3 heaven! I love listening to FM radio music, National Public Radio news, and an excellent selection of audiobooks from the library. I have been "checking out" (from home) audiobooks from two local libraries (who both contact with OverDrive Media for this service). If you want a "quick listen" to audiobooks, you can set the speed to "Fast" (1.4 times usual speed). Tips: (1) When you buy your new Sanza Fuze, remember to go "online" to review the User Manual, which is very clearly written. (2) If you purchase a "cover" for your MP3 player, you can attach a ribbon or lanyard to the cover so you can wear the player and be "hands-free" (without worrying about dropping it). (3) If you let the battery go down very low before re-charging it, you will continue to have a very long battery life in between charges. (Once you start re-charging too frequently, the Lithium battery's "digital memory" somehow gets confused. We made this mistake with our laptop

This purchase was everything anybody could ask for. The product was as advertised, shipment was prompt, and the price was fair. The Ipod was advertised as "refurbished" but I challenge anybody to see any difference between this Ipod and a new one purchased direct.

This is one of the best mp3 players I had paid for and will keep using it instead of the ipods you can buy more micro sd card to install if you need more room. Worth the money I use it at the gym everyday running on the treadmill keeps me busy and less bored. Quality stays in tack when you are running I say may need to buy new ear phones but they one it comes with is okay.

I've enjoyed the Sansa overall, however it's had this occassional maddening problem of hanging up on a video and freezing. The only cure I've found is to plug it back into the computer and delete the file it's hung up on. Very frustrating if that happens early in the day and I won't be able to plug it in and correct it until I get home at night.

After several years of owning cheap battery powered mp3 players that routinely froze and died, I finally upgraded! I did a lot of research and decided on this model after reading Amazon reviews. It's sleek, easy to load music onto, simple to use, and appears pretty durable. I wish there was a cover for the additional memory port and the opening where the charger goes b/c I can see this getting dirt& dust in it. I'm not super crazy about "wheeling" up or down for volume BUT I will say it is extremely easy to use once you get the hang of it. A negative for me is that there's no place to attach a lanyard so unless you buy other accessories, you're going to be holding this in your hand and that's not effective for workouts, which is what I bought this for. BUT I knew this going in so purchased an accesory pack that came with the travel charger, cover, arm band and belt clip - and they work great in partnership with the SanDisk Sansa Fuse 4GB player. Positives: simplicity of use, size,

I never really got a chance to use this because it was stolen however before that event I had used it once and it seemed to work well enough. My car radio is too smart for its own good and I found it very difficult to tune to an unused frequency but I think I would have gotten it to work well with a little time and effort.

SanDisk MX14R04GB Sansa Fuze 4GB MP3 Player - Blue

I love this MP3 player! For the price its really sweet. Its easy to carry because its small and its very easy to use. I just sync my music onto it using Windows Media Player. I have alot of songs on it already and I haven't even used up half the memory. The sound quality is great and the screen quality is nice. The battery life last a really long time. I have no problem cutting it on or off using the push switch on the side. The picture makes the blue look bright and cheap. But the color is actually a little darker and looks better. I wouldn't buy an ipod which is way more expensive when this does the same thing!

I'm not impressed with the Fuse .. it's very buggy (keeps locking up for no reason, zombied and have to reinstall the firmware). The amp isn't very powerful, battery life is limited. Not recommended

The Sansa Fuze is a good value. I especially like the expandability, radio and recording capability. The sound quality is good, but the ear buds that come with it are less than ideal. I use mine for hours at a time and tend to get a little tiresome after about 4 hours. My one gripe would be the limited media manager choice. I'm a Linux user, and it's very easy to add and remove files. Simply drag and drop. However, creating play lists is rather tedious and at times unpredictable. It seems only the Microsoft Media Player can create usable play lists effortlessly. The Fuze does play the audio file formats that I use, ogg, mp3 and the occasional, flac or wma. I haven't really tested the video quality and usability yet. I previously used an iPod Nano 3G and I much prefer the Fuze.

Love this MP3 player...easy to use, lightweight and packs a great sound. Coupled with Windows Media player, you can create a wonderful digital library for your own listening pleasure.
