Yea, true! Like those people who install CPU's with a hammer. This belongs under that category - "My cup holder broke off from the front of my computer!"

| I could have very easily damaged this monitor because of their stupidity. I was applying my maximum force on something in the wrong position because they never pointed me in the proper direction. |

I have a Samsung 21" Monitor with a similar mounting system, from the time UPS dropped it off at my door until it was setup in my room was about 4 minutes, and 3 of those minutes was trying the open the box. I have to admit the stand is pretty unstable/flimsy, if I type with any "vigor" it shakes my monitor due to mounting design, but I fixed that by putting my second monitor butting up against the side of my 21., I think I will be buying a second samsung, it has great picture quality (Colors are a little funky, but that's cause its a TnT style), fantastic response time, with absolutely no ghosting.

This review should be removed from this site. Stupidity on assembly is not the fault of the manufacturer!

Wow. So basically all you had to do was turn the base 180 degrees? I had to laugh picturing you wrestling with the monitor when all that time it was your stupidity that stopped it from assembling properly. Perhaps the dairy association should start printing instructions on the bottles as to how to unscrew the caps?
