In November 2007 I purchased this TV at Wal-Mart. I took it home and installed it the next week. Started watching it Friday around 8 pm and just three hours later it quit! I tried to contact their service department but they were closed. Are not open after 7 pm, nor open on the weekends. I did take the unit back to Wal-Mart and exchanged it. Now,about six weeks later, this one also just stopped. At least now I can leave it off for a few seconds and it will work again for a couple of hours, but then it's off again. I tried contacting their service yesterday (Wednesday)but as of now (Thursday afternoon)I have only received an automated email from them. I would not recommend to purchase this TV. I will be taking this one in for a refund today. I wish they had a better service department as the TV has the best color that I have seen, even in my house off a dish without HD.
