This a popup that has 57 flags in it and a list at the end of the menu for what flags there are. They are all ascii art and will load with no problems and won't interfere with scripts. It is a simple file to load and run. I can be contacted in Dalnet #christian or email:

Just as the user said, it's a script which will message the active channel the selected flag. Although it has a bracket mismatch causing a few errors, so please remember to use the {} button in the scripts editor. Besides that, this add on could be posted as a snippet, if it wouldn't be for the very simple readme file.
All in all, this is a very simple coded script with a minor error. I wouldn't have any use for this myself honestly, and it seems pretty pointless.
