when you set away, it changes the away button to the back button :P

Aswell, the big \'reason\' box, make it one edit line, and make the edit line \"autohs\". Saves you space in the dialog.
Also, I suggest u use a tab, for the text info, and keep 1 tab for ll configs etc.
