You'd be surprised, it's quite filling and absolutely delicious. They're mostly made with shrimp and scallops.

It's actually considered a treat in Chinese culture. Not something you eat every day. If you live near some good Chinese restuarants you might want to seek it out and try some, it's amazingly good.
