I'm not trying to troll you; just giving some constructive critism.
It's ugly:
For starters the colors aren't pleasing to the eye; they clash. If you want a light theme, use more pastel colors for the background. if you want a dark theme, go the opposite. As of right now, the colors make everything hard to see.
It's cluttered. It seems like you stuck everything where ever you had room. I'd suggest dividing it up a bit. Maybe tabs or menus. Right now there's no direction or unity between the elements.
It's unclear what each element is/does. What does each box under transparency do and what does it apply to?
Cut him some slack. As noted, it's under construction --- for further improvement. :p
We all like things differently, and there are groupies who may just find this sort of color and setup pleasing. I wouldn't sweat over it too much, as this is merely an image for public to preview.
Jethro the right says... do not take anything for granted
the layout of the dialog is still to be defined and incomplete
you can color and set the fonts in all possible combinations with all colors, icons, buttons, everything
can change in a dialog
are you colorize them as best as possible, I forgot... you can also change the mirc icon lol
I'm planning to create a single dialog on which flow all dialog, this would lead to an improvement to pc tablet
...sure my syntax is primitive ... but still functional and it works
It is always a sobering gui mirc on possible potential of this client mirc
