Looks very hard to read... Not exactly aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Is this just a personal project?

as i said it's not done. the freaking addon they have didn't exactly save it how i wanted. i am messing with it to fix the text atm. hopefully it'll fix it. they need a diff way to do layouts like if they set it how myspace use to have it where you don't need an addon it would be a lot better and an easy way to make it with an on/off function for those who don't like to see peoples' layouts. but yea basically personal project.

Meanwhile, my notices page takes 3 YEARS to load. Oh ok, was just wondering. I'm not a big fan of custom CSS layouts, however well done they may be. Looks good though, good luck finishing it up.

IE! Who uses IE anymore. That's like using one line scripts in mIRC, thinking that they are so awesome, and uploading them here. Chrome, or Firefox, really Chrome is the best. Said by many. So far, repeating background, I would make it so it fits the screen, and is not locked in one position, that it scrolls with the page. That way, you don't have 30,000 of the same picture appearing.

@killerx its an addon program that allows me to do the pic. so not much i can do with it for 1. for two i've used chrome and firefox and i hate them both. they both run slower on my computer than ie does. therefore i will stick with ie. tyvm

Ok. I would do line edits in the css, myself. and be able to do it.
