Looks like a winner, Venom. Simplistic design, easily manageable list of received memos, along with the ability to send/reply to memos.

i based it off of the chatspace java version. when i made my original i didn't know all of the memo commands so i couldn't do it how i wanted to which was like this. but i recently learned the memo list command which made it possible:) i may be doing one like this meant for unrealircd type servers
