Most IRCd's have a form of flood protection similar to UnrealIRCd's CHMODE +f. Use it.

If you attempt to use the script without replacing $chr(32) with $chr(160) it will remove the spacing you have in the snippet you attempt to /pastecode. However, if you do replace them like I did, the spacing will stay in there when you use it.
