Oh my god serious IRC business. How dare you use an option that comes standard in the most widely used windows IRC client in the world! Kicks are signs of affection. If you don't want somebody in your channel then ban them, don't get all butthurt, because your kick is pointless.

Works on channel with 3 people in it, but not on channels with 5 or 20 or 200

Or maybe he just goes into servers/channels where everyone doesn't have giant sticks up their butts and take IRC way too seriously. There are servers where people kick for fun and flood to show off their ascii, and this is the norm. I know this because I am on 3 such networks as we speak. IRC doesn't always have to be serious business. As long as you know how to act when you are on public servers then who cares if you like to scroll ascii when you are around other chatters who like that kind of thing?

I'm totally missing the point of this script. Does it do anything other than block you from typing anything with a big rainbow?

If you don't like flood scripts then why are you here? The snippit works great as long as you have can_flood. A+.
