Tell me what you want it to do, and im sure I can code something nifty. And did you code this or not? Whats the purpose of the previous posted regex? Why did you use the /g modifier?

i dont believe you need $nn, php 4.0 + auto inc's a result from an sql table, correct me if im wrong, but that's how i've been doing it for a year or so
