Instead of

use
\"if ($address($nick,2) == $address($me,2)) {\"
that way, if you have a dynamic IP like me you wont have to keep changing the host every time you sign back onto the internet.

This is really simple but fun, just follow the steps down below. To work the snippet you just right click in mIRC. I've had this for quite a while but i got bored so i posted here. =)

KuTsuM, it is for unrealIRCd, and not for Anope, anope is a service, this is not realy needed if you have services, i would use this if i dident have services but because i do, i see no point in it, but good work.

I find this script VERY usefull as i am a begginer at dialogs and can only do basic ones, thanks and good work.

Ok this is quite simple to make but i was making it for my own use and then thought i might as well put it on here, i made it quite quick but it works for me fine, feel free to change or modify it in anyway you like. Any suggestions on improving it would be cool as well.

You might like to put better security on that tbh,
try making a .txt with called botadmin.txt with yours and your bot admin hostmasks the put \"If ($address($nick,2) isin $read(botadmin.txt)) {\"
it will make sure people cant just go onto the other admins nick names and just use that command.

it is limited to who can make the votes, notice the !addvote part, it will only set %vote.nick if the person is halfop/op in the channel, therfore if not, they cannot access the rest of the script apart from the !vote\'s, and thanks for positive comment, iv fixed the typo, sorry, it was ment to be third.

this is a script i made that allows people in seperate channels to make a vote/poll and vote on it, at the end when you choose to end it, it shows the results :)
