oh ya. THis is what I use for ghosting:
on *:NICK:{
if ($newnick == $me) { halt }
if ($newnick == <NICKNAME>) { msg nickserv ghost $newnick <PASSWORD> }
}

That could be 1 line. I use this:
on *:connect:#: { if ( $nick == $me ) IDENTIFY <PASSWORD> }

Dont you have to be ircop to use it anyway?
